AILALink Online is now offering a semiannual payment plan for its annual fee. This cannot be made retroactive for existing accounts; however, current subscribers can take advantage of this at renewal time. For credit card users only. There will be a one-time (per year) $50 administrative fee charged for use of the payment plan. Please contact ailalink@aila.org for more information.

The current annual pricing structure for AILALink Online is as follows:

*Eligibility for discounted rates (academic/government) will be verified. If you fail to provide proof of eligibility upon request, or if you are not eligible, access to AILALink Online will be immediately terminated and you will receive a prorated refund less a $200 administrative/cancellation fee.

**Each subscription includes 1 free Offline license. Additional Offline licenses are limited to the number of concurrent online users included in a subscription (e.g., an Online subscription that includes the subscriber plus 2 concurrent users is limited to 2 paid additional offline licenses-1 free license + 2 paid offline licenses = offline access for 3 users).

Purchases by students for AILALink Online NOT adopted by class/clinic

• Students who are AILA student members are entitled to purchase an annual subscription to AILALink Online for $150 per year with an active AILA student membership. If for some reason, a student cancels his or her AILA student membership, the AILALink Online subscription will end as of the date of membership expiration and the cost of the subscription will be refunded on a prorated basis minus an administrative fee of $75. • Students who are NOT AILA members are entitled to 40% off the nonmember price for AILALink Online.

AILALink Online subscriptions are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase (after 30 days, the subscription refund is prorated and is subject to an administrative fee of $175);

AILA Student Members:
AILALink Online subscriptions are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase; after 30 days, the subscription refund is prorated and is subject to an administrative fee of $75);

AILA Student Members or Nonmembers:
Class-adopted AILALink subscriptions are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase ONLY and must be accompanied by proof that the student(s) has dropped the course/clinic.

AILA Student Membership: Any law student with a potential interest in immigration law is encouraged to become a student member of AILA. Student membership is $50/yr (prorated for the first year), and includes the AILA Dispatch, reduced fees for conferences, significant discounts on publications (as outlined above), and access to selected nonpublic areas of the InfoNet, AILA's website.
